This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Proactively seek out and engage potential small to mid-sized and enterprise clients through outbound channels.
• Respond swiftly to incoming leads, qualify them using established sales frameworks, and ensure timely follow-up to convert them into valuable pipeline opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls with decision-makers, customizing each interaction to identify their pain points.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies and business cases for large accounts, effectively managing extended sales cycles.
• Create persuasive sales presentations and proposals that align Openprovider’s offerings with the strategic objectives of enterprise prospects.
• Take charge of the negotiation process with stakeholders from procurement, legal, and IT departments.
• Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline in HubSpot, including precise forecasting, close dates, and next steps.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging alignment.
• Continuously gather and analyze insights on competitor actions, market changes, customer feedback, and industry trends.
• Consistently achieve or surpass assigned quarterly revenue targets and margin goals by concentrating on high-value deals and enterprise partnerships.
• Oversee the complete customer journey for the first 90 days by facilitating successful onboarding, ensuring adoption, and delivering initial value.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a technology-driven environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the EU, APAC, and North American markets.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven history of successfully closing high-value deals with Mid-Market and Enterprise companies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex tech solutions in a clear and convincing manner.
• Ability to foster and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Proactive and innovative in solving client challenges through tech solutions.
• Experience utilizing CRM software (Hubspot) to manage leads, forecast sales, and track progress.
• Strong listening skills: allowing customers to express their needs by asking the right questions.
• Empathy: the ability to understand the challenges faced by resellers and assist in addressing their daily issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
