This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Connect with prospects and identify potential clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other innovative channels (outbound prospecting).
• Handle inbound leads promptly and purposefully, qualifying opportunities and advancing them through the sales pipeline.
• Manage client expectations, address objections, and effectively convey the value of Nutrium Care.
• Achieve or surpass targets for scheduled qualified meetings.
• Showcase Nutrium’s value by articulating the significance of our mission to companies.
• Serve as a reliable reference across key sectors, linking industries and regions to create value and new opportunities.
• Continuously cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects through participation in industry events.
• Possess experience as a BDR or in related positions (required), ideally within a B2B setting.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and be driven by both personal and collective achievements.
• Show tenacity, be results-oriented, and remain undeterred by rejection.
• Be proactive, capable of juggling multiple priorities, and excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Nutrition.
• Analyze and utilize data to develop intelligent prospecting strategies.
• Approach challenges with creativity and think outside the box to provide innovative solutions.
• Reside in (or near) São Paulo and be open to occasional travel.
• Be available to participate in on-site client activations as required.
