This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with DoD program offices, end users, and acquisition stakeholders within MARCORSYSCOM.
• Engage with customers to comprehend mission requirements, capability gaps, and upcoming needs.
• Advocate for NOBLE’s products, services, and solutions to both existing and potential customers.
• Organize customer meetings, briefings, and capability demonstrations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Design and implement strategic business development plans aimed at reaching revenue objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with key accounts and decision-makers at command offices within MARCORSYSCOM.
• Identify and chase new business prospects while staying informed about industry trends, customer requirements, and NOBLE’s competitive positioning.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless execution of customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and senior management.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate both near- and long-term sales opportunities within designated accounts.
• Shape early-stage opportunities by aligning customer demands with NOBLE’s capabilities.
• Support long-term pursuits by maintaining customer engagement prior to formal acquisition activity/cycles.
• Transition qualified opportunities to capture and proposal teams when necessary.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to guide sales strategies.
• Develop a working understanding of DoD program office budgets, funding profiles, and acquisition timelines.
• Monitor industry trends and customer priorities within the MARCORSYSCOM domain.
• Collaborate with capture, proposal, contracts, pricing, and operations teams to ensure pursuit readiness.
• Provide customer and market insights to internal stakeholders to aid in solution development.
• Maintain a general understanding of the DoD budgeting and acquisition landscape.
• Gain familiarity with DoD and Marine Corps requirements generation processes.
• Professionally represent NOBLE at trade shows, industry events, and customer gatherings.
• Deliver presentations on NOBLE’s Marine Corps portfolio and capabilities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the DoD or federal sector.
• Experience in supporting long-term government pursuits and developing customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior military experience is preferred.
• Experience working with DoD program offices or acquisition organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with [insert service vertical] mission areas, systems, or operational environments.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
