This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Proactively identify, research, and engage with target accounts and personas within U.S. health systems, provider groups, and health plans to schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team.
• Respond to and assess inbound leads generated from marketing initiatives, transforming initial interest into genuine sales opportunities.
• Utilize GPT, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to craft personalized outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Adhere to and enhance multi-channel sequences, which include email cadences, phone calls, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations on defining ideal customer profiles, messaging strategies, and campaign tactics.
• Engage in pre-event outreach, connect with prospects during industry events, and handle post-event follow-up.
• Maintain precise CRM records in HubSpot and leverage metrics to enhance outreach efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales teams to reach out to strategic, high-priority accounts while ensuring a high level of engagement quality.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, BDR, or SDR roles within B2B Healthcare SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting sales processes for complex, enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience in targeting U.S. healthcare decision-makers, including health systems, payers, and provider groups.
• Familiarity with contemporary prospecting workflows and tools such as GPT, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and the importance of cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling abilities.
• Data-driven approach; comfortable navigating metrics and dashboards.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable, excelling in a startup atmosphere.
• Team-oriented individual who values collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success.
• Availability to work U.S. hours from Monday to Friday.
• Working hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.
