This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients
• Identify decision-makers within targeted prospects and leads to initiate the sales process
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership to establish essential strategic sales tactics
• Work alongside laboratory leadership and Marketing to develop email and direct mail marketing initiatives
• Organize and present product/service demonstrations and other sales activities as needed
• Support marketing efforts, such as trade shows, exhibits, and various events, when necessary
• Make follow-up calls to existing customers through phone and email to cross-sell and up-sell
• Address and resolve objections from potential customers
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues faced by customers in your territory
• Communicate the brand identity effectively
• While managing existing accounts and providing exceptional service, review new services, assist with issues, and maintain cordial relationships
• Perform all other assigned tasks.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• A 4-year degree is preferred
• At least 2 years of direct experience in sales or telephonic sales roles
• Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting established sales goals
• Strong experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management
• Excellent skills in problem identification and objection resolution
• Ability to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
• Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Exceptional listening skills
• Proficient written communication skills
