This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Identify and target potential clients within selected markets using both outbound and inbound strategies.

• Manage and evaluate inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.

• Conduct outreach via various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other methods) to spark interest in Metrikflow’s solutions.

• Be innovative and rapidly iterate on growth strategies for lead generation.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to provide insights on campaigns, lead quality, and the effectiveness of messaging.

• Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the Sales Team by engaging and qualifying decision-makers.

• Keep precise records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.

• Continuously enhance your outreach methods by analyzing outcomes and adjusting your approach accordingly.

• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and Metrikflow’s product offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of achieving exceptional results.

• Quick to learn and motivated to delve into new subjects while rapidly iterating on traction strategies.

• Relevant experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), in a Business Development role, or a similar position within a B2B SaaS environment is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with lead generation and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach.io, Crono).

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to engage C-level prospects effectively.

• Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Italian (both spoken and written).

• Proficient in English for workplace communication.

• A genuine enthusiasm for technology and startups.
