This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively reach out via telephone to entrepreneurs, engaging them in meaningful discussions about business growth and preparing their ventures for sale.
• Recruit entrepreneurs to take part in masterclasses and various business events to cultivate and sustain the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to contribute strategic insights for the international expansion of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready.
• Assist entrepreneurs in planning their future and offer guidance during the concluding phase of their ownership.
• Commit to ongoing improvement and personal development while maintaining precise records of all conversations.
• Exhibit initiative, take complete ownership of your responsibilities, and hold yourself accountable for your achievements.
• Energized by engaging conversations and possessing experience in prospecting and telephone acquisition.
• Proven success in working with entrepreneurs.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of having meaningful dialogues with business owners.
• Fluent in the local market language and have substantial professional experience within the country.
• Available to work 3–5 days a week.
• Open to working from a local Marktlink office or remotely from a country where we operate.
• Proactive self-starter able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
