This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Concentrate on sales prospecting by engaging with new leads and advancing them through the sales funnel.
• Oversee the business development aspect of acquiring new customers in the DACH market.
• Engage via calls, emails, and social media with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers to secure meetings with key e-commerce accounts.
• Understand the business needs of prospects, articulate the added value of Luigi's Box, and present successful use cases.
• Ensure high-quality data hygiene in the CRM by focusing on actionable and relevant information.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales development role with quota responsibilities in the DACH market (Germany / Austria / Switzerland) is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in SaaS sales development.
• Demonstrated success in generating a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for sales managers within an IT tech environment.
• Innovative approach to outbound prospecting, with the ability to quickly adapt strategies based on what is effective; willing to explore various methods.
• Familiarity with online/digital marketing technology.
• Experience within the DACH e-commerce sector.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in German (native level).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Nice to have: experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and other sales automation tools.
