This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As the representative of Lingoda and our B2B healthcare initiative, you will actively expand our customer base and nurture existing client relationships.
• You will manage the entire sales process — from identifying potential clients and initiating contact to qualifying leads.
• You will take part in events and trade shows, assisting with preparation, organization, and technical setup.
• You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and partners — before, during, and after events.
• Through market research and innovative strategies, you will uncover new business opportunities for Lingoda.
• In collaboration with the sales team and other departments, you will help ensure the ongoing growth and success of our organization.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining data and generating reports to facilitate informed business decisions.
• You have completed vocational training in a commercial or nursing/healthcare field and possess at least 1–2 years of experience in a sales environment. Alternatively, you hold a comparable degree.
• You are an effective communicator with excellent German (C2) and proficient English (B2+) skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong service orientation and customer relationship management skills are essential.
• You are a confident user of CRM systems or have the ability to learn them quickly, e.g., HubSpot.
• Ideally, you have prior experience engaging with customers, particularly in a B2B context.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
• You maintain composure under pressure and know how to prioritize effectively.
