This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Engaging with potential clients through phone and email while addressing all incoming leads
• Generating Sales Qualified Leads for Account Executives
• Recording daily activities in Salesforce CRM
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to expedite the sales cycle for Enterprise accounts and to broaden reach into targeted accounts
• Suggesting process improvements for more focused demand generation initiatives and enhanced sales techniques
• Upholding and representing the Jumio brand with integrity and professionalism at all times in both written and verbal communications
• 3-5 years of experience in sales
• Demonstrated ability to research and prospect through telephone, email, and online networking platforms
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to exceeding expectations whenever possible
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a steadfast focus on quality of work
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Docs
• Previous experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
• Prior involvement in account entry and lead qualification is preferred
• Experience in marketing services sales or Software as a Service (SaaS) sales is desirable
• Established network of contacts within regional enterprise clients
• Existing knowledge of the ID verification, AML, or KYC markets
• Awareness of competitor products and insights
• A degree is preferred but not essential
