This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Initiate contact with customer leads through cold calling.
• Reach out to clients via video chat, phone calls, emails, social media, or in-person visits.
• Collaborate with sales management to coordinate sales efforts.
• Interact with potential customers professionally regarding all features of our ERP software application - Steel Manager III.
• Possess interpersonal skills to engage comfortably and establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals, including 4GL staff, current clients, and prospective clients.
• Be an energetic individual with a proactive approach to identifying potential customers in North America.
• Excel in cold calling and demonstrate the perseverance required to foster relationships with potential customers despite challenges.
• Self-driven and recognized as a straightforward, honest person who can effectively operate remotely.
• Exhibit excellent written communication abilities and the capacity to clearly and succinctly discuss all features of our ERP application.
• Maintain the motivation to consistently achieve budgeted sales targets and objectives.
• Keep informed about all offered products and services.
• Action-oriented salesperson capable of driving the sales process from lead generation to scheduling demonstrations with potential clients.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Strong customer service and communication capabilities.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP applications is advantageous.
