This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead outbound prospecting and development of leads for Ultimo's SaaS offering.
• Engage potential clients through various communication channels.
• Transform cold accounts into warm leads.
• Maintain consistent communication with sales representatives.
• Foster relationships with targeted accounts.
• Comprehend the competitive advantages of Ultimo's suite of solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to pinpoint opportunities.
• Accurately document calls and contacts in electronic records.
• Over 1 year of demonstrated experience in software telemarketing, business development, inside sales, or software sales.
• A sincere curiosity about technology and its applications for real-world businesses.
• Confidence in initiating conversations with senior professionals over the phone.
• Coachable and genuinely motivated to grow and develop.
• Ability to pose open-ended questions to identify needs.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Highly receptive to coaching and eager to learn.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, particularly over the phone.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Familiarity with contact management tools, such as SalesLoft or Outreach.
