This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound prospecting initiatives.

• Execute cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement campaigns.

• Identify and engage key decision-makers within eCommerce brands and online businesses.

• Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team.

• Ensure accurate CRM records and maintain pipeline tracking.

• Research target accounts and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to enhance campaign performance.

• Consistently achieve and surpass KPIs related to outreach, meetings scheduled, and pipeline development.

• Foster strong relationships with prospective clients and effectively nurture opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in South Africa.

• Demonstrated experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales representative.

• Required: Previous sales experience in a marketing agency or eCommerce setting.

• Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation skills.

• Confident cold caller with exceptional objection-handling abilities.

• Proficient in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with strong time management skills.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

• Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup.

• Preferred Experience

• Experience in selling digital marketing services, paid media, SEO, or growth solutions.

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon ecosystems.

• Experience working with international clients, particularly in the UK or US markets.
