This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Engage in high-volume outbound prospecting through methods such as cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling.
• Assess incoming leads and evaluate potential clients to confirm a suitable match for the company’s offerings.
• Oversee and maintain an organized pipeline within the CRM, accurately documenting all interactions and lead progress.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies in both English and Spanish to connect with various market segments.
• Arrange discovery calls and presentations for Account Executives to assist in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Work in tandem with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging based on immediate market insights.
• Native or professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, encompassing both written and verbal communication.
• Excellent communication abilities with a knack for quickly establishing rapport over the phone.
• A resilient, "hunter" mindset paired with a disciplined approach to daily activity tracking.
• Documented capability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong listening skills with the capacity to adjust discussions according to prospect needs.
• Prior experience in an outbound sales or lead generation capacity.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
• Experience in selling to diverse geographic markets across Latin America or Spain.
