This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Engage in extensive prospecting to identify potential leads (new users and prospective customers)
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to create and execute effective prospecting strategies and plans
• Arrange online product demonstrations for qualified leads while ensuring monthly targets are met
• Comprehend customers’ needs and challenges using sales methodologies, such as BANT
• Conduct market research to expand HubSpot's customer base
• A strong desire and commitment to pursue a career in Tech Sales
• Experience in sales/prospecting and working in a high-growth, "scale-up" environment is advantageous but not mandatory
• Proficiency in both Italian and English
• A sharp focus on goals and a determined approach to achieving them
• Capability to handle and address objections, with a willingness to be coached
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A passion for helping businesses grow and a curiosity about the tech industry
