Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify potential leads by utilizing both quantitative and qualitative criteria to evaluate affiliate marketing opportunities.

• Assess leads by analyzing factors such as company size, annual revenue, industry vertical, and existing affiliate programs.

• Focus on key decision-makers in eCommerce departments (CMOs, VPs, Marketing Managers) and schedule appointments for Account Executives to facilitate the sales process.

• Utilize CRM platforms (Zoho, Smart Lead) to keep precise lead records, monitor interactions, and ensure timely and effective follow-ups.

• Employ research tools like Sales Navigator to successfully identify and engage with target prospects.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless transitions from lead qualification to the sales process.

• Continuously update and refine lead lists, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant based on quarterly data assessments.

• Create and implement outreach sequences to effectively nurture leads and enhance engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing, including familiarity with affiliate networks, agencies, and publisher operations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with decision-makers and facilitating sales discussions.

• Proven experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce) and lead management processes.

• Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to evaluate leads based on both data and personal insight.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Background in sales development or business development, preferably within the affiliate marketing or eCommerce fields.

• Proficiency in prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator and Smart Lead is highly preferred.

• Self-driven with a keen attention to detail and a focus on achieving results.

• Must reside in Mexico.
