This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Perform outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and social media channels
• Address and qualify incoming leads generated from marketing efforts
• Engage potential clients in exploratory conversations to evaluate their needs and compatibility
• Create and arrange qualified meetings and product demonstrations
• Keep precise records of activities, leads, and results in the CRM
• Adhere to established sales processes and messaging strategies
• Regularly achieve activity and opportunity generation targets
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, sales development, or lead generation
• Previous remote work experience, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates lacking prior remote work experience will not be considered
• Experience collaborating with US or UK-based companies
• Comfortable with outbound calling and written prospecting
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
