Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead Qualification for Inbound & Outbound: You will evaluate leads through structured discovery discussions, identifying fit, challenges, buying processes, and urgency.

• Account Prioritization & Optimization Driven by Data: You will leverage CRM and sales engagement tools (such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha) to prioritize target accounts, monitor performance metrics, and enhance messaging based on conversion insights.

• Generation of Pipeline: You will design and implement a multi-channel strategy (including messaging, calls, etc.) aimed at mid-market and enterprise accounts.

• Collaboration Across Functions: Partner with RPSMs to facilitate seamless opportunity transitions. Proactively share market intelligence, objection trends, competitive insights, and ICP behavior to boost the overall effectiveness of the LATAM team in the Mexican market.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the B2B tech sector, showcasing successful outbound prospecting in a startup environment.

• Proven track record in executing multi-channel outbound campaigns (including cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms) and building sequences from the ground up, rather than merely implementing existing playbooks.

• Strong comprehension of B2B sales cycles, pipeline stages, and qualification methodologies.

• Practical experience with sales technology tools such as Salesforce CRM and a sales engagement platform (like Outreach or its equivalents).

• Proficient in Spanish (native-level) and advanced English, capable of conducting professional discussions in both languages.

• A background in UCaaS, CCaaS, communications technology, or enterprise SaaS is considered a significant advantage.
