• Identify and prospect potential clients through a variety of channels.

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient phone etiquette.
• Self-driven and focused on results.
• Familiarity with CRM software is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry is advantageous.
