This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and various other channels to connect with supply chain/logistics decision-makers.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads, comprehend customer challenges, and effectively communicate how the company's logistics visibility and freight services meet those needs.
• Arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations with senior sales personnel or leadership for in-depth discovery and progression of deals.
• Develop and maintain a well-organized pipeline in the CRM, documenting activities, results, and subsequent steps.
• Work alongside sales leadership to enhance messaging, target ideal customer profiles (ICP), and optimize outreach sequences.
• Aid in aligning campaigns and content by providing insights from direct interactions with prospects.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to shape outreach strategies and uncover strategic opportunities.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, or outbound BDR positions, showcasing a successful history of meeting quotas and achieving activity-based KPIs such as outbound calls, emails, booked meetings, and held meetings.
• Direct experience engaging with or selling to U.S.-based companies.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain industry, with a particular focus on freight forwarding.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills (C1+), with the capability to engage logistics leaders and decision-makers in a confident and professional manner.
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms for multi-channel engagement.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and executing email campaigns.
• Proactive and performance-oriented, capable of demonstrating value effectively while working towards structured pipeline and activity objectives.
