This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Routine and Productivity Management: You will manage and organize your prospecting, qualification, and follow-up tasks in HubSpot, ensuring the CRM is current and maintaining the discipline necessary for remote work.
• Active Prospecting: Maintain a steady volume of activities, primarily focusing on calls, along with emails and WhatsApp communications.
• Consultative and Personalized Approach: Foster relationships with contacts to create authentic connections that encourage dialogue and help overcome resistance.
• Overcoming Objections: You will address common objections like "I already have a supplier" or "long contracts," utilizing compelling arguments regarding Flash's unique advantages and the value of our solution.
• Opportunity Prioritization: You will identify and prioritize leads with the highest potential, concentrating on early hours of the day for impactful outreach and ensuring effective cold contact strategies.
• Proven experience in active prospecting (OUTBOUND), especially in pre-sales focused on generating new leads from scratch and exploring new markets.
• Proficient in cold calling and adept at managing a significant volume of daily activities, with the phone as the primary mode of communication.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to independently plan and structure your work routine effectively.
• Resilience and Persistence: You remain undeterred by rejections and challenges, demonstrating the ability to accept "no" as part of the process while keeping focus and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivation and Purpose-Driven: Motivated by clear personal or professional goals, exhibiting self-discipline—particularly in a remote work environment—and a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Communication That Converts: Skilled in expressing yourself clearly and persuasively, establishing rapport, and adapting your message to engage and qualify leads.
• Differentiators: Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, for managing leads, tasks, and outreach cadences.
• Experience in HR Techs, benefits solutions, or SaaS companies is an added advantage.
