This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Develop a qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting aimed at manufacturing and industrial accounts throughout the U.S.
• Manage inbound leads by qualifying interest and converting them into meetings.
• Conduct research on target accounts to gain insight into their business context, potential challenges, and purchasing relevance.
• Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within the target organizations.
• Schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team and generate qualified opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality prospect data and maintain accuracy in HubSpot.
• Monitor your performance against KPIs and maintain a disciplined approach to activity and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to enhance targeting, messaging, and handoff quality.
• Share insights gathered from prospect interactions with the team—what resonates and what does not.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a B2B SaaS setting.
• A strong enthusiasm for pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Comfort in a phone-first sales development role.
• Ability to thrive in a high-activity environment, which may include making 100-200 calls per day.
• Genuine curiosity about the manufacturing industry and a desire to understand how manufacturers operate.
• Strong follow-through capabilities and a sense of personal accountability.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
