This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Continuously achieve or surpass outreach and meeting-setting objectives
• Create a consistent flow of qualified discovery meetings
• Move prospective institutions through the initial phases of the client development pyramid
• Accurately convey enrollmentFUEL’s mission, services, and value proposition
• Keep CRM data and activity tracking organized and reliable
• Assist in attaining annual client development objectives set by leadership
• Conduct outbound outreach to potential client-partners via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
• Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets, including messages sent, calls made, and meetings scheduled
• Research potential institutions to customize outreach and ensure messaging aligns with institutional priorities
• Evaluate leads based on established criteria and arrange discovery meetings for senior sales leaders
• Maintain precise and timely notes, activity tracking, and task completion within the enrollmentFUEL CRM
• Work in collaboration with Marketing to synchronize outreach campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation initiatives
• Track response rates and engagement trends, recommending improvements to outreach strategies
• Represent enrollmentFUEL with professionalism in all communications and interactions
• Take part in weekly Sales meetings, prepared to discuss activity, outcomes, and pipeline contributions
• Assist with research related to conferences, directories, RFP sources, and targeted prospect lists
• Support Client Development leadership on special projects designed to enhance pipeline and visibility
• Represent enrollmentFUEL in all work-related activities
• Accurately reflect and embody the mission and core values of enrollmentFUEL
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach-focused positions
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfort with proactive, metrics-driven outreach
• High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
• Curiosity and coachability, along with an interest in higher education enrollment strategies
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
