• Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by comprehending their needs and aligning our offerings accordingly.
• Performance Monitoring: Track your sales performance metrics and consistently aim to exceed targets.
• CRM Oversight: Log call details and client interactions within our CRM system to ensure precise tracking and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Feedback Mechanism: Offer actionable insights to the marketing and production teams based on customer feedback.
• Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Technological Proficiency: Must have a comprehensive understanding of modern online sales-enabling technologies to effectively navigate various platforms and tools essential to the role.
