• Interact with pre-scheduled warm leads to finalize high-value sales.

• Foster robust relationships with prospective clients by identifying their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.

• Track your sales performance and consistently strive to surpass targets.

• Record call details and customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure precise tracking and reporting.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to guarantee a smooth client experience.

• Offer actionable feedback to the marketing and production teams based on customer insights.

• Sales Closure: Engage with pre-scheduled warm leads to finalize high-value sales.

• Client Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships with prospective clients by identifying their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.

• Performance Monitoring: Track your sales metrics and consistently aim to surpass targets.

• CRM Proficiency: Record call details and customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure precise tracking and reporting.

• Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to guarantee a smooth client experience.

• Customer Feedback Utilization: Provide actionable insights to the marketing and production teams based on customer feedback.

• Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English: Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

• Technological Aptitude: Must have a comprehensive understanding of contemporary online sales-enabling technology to efficiently navigate various platforms and tools essential to the role.

• Intellectual Engagement: Ability to intellectually connect with our educated customer base, showcasing a deep understanding of our advanced educational products.

• Effective Time Management: The capability to manage time efficiently, particularly in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
