This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Act as the primary contact for prospects in a newly launched market.
• Employ email, phone, and other innovative channels to connect with potential clients through outbound strategies.
• Develop and refine the outbound playbook from the ground up — including sequences, scripts, targeting, and handling objections.
• Monitor your sales activities using Salesforce and other software tools, while helping to define the metrics of success.
• Address objections, articulate the value proposition, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve key performance indicators and revenue goals.
• Work alongside Account Executives during client transitions and provide insights to improve product, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an XDR/BDR/SDR in a fast-paced startup environment (SaaS experience is highly preferred).
• Proven experience in launching outbound efforts into a new vertical, market, or product, having been one of the first in the role and understanding how to build from the ground up.
• Strong skills in cold-calling (experience with SMBs is advantageous).
• Ability to operate independently without a predefined playbook — you will create the playbook as you progress.
• Capability to navigate through uncertainty and quickly adapt with limited resources.
• Familiarity with standard sales tools and an eagerness to explore and implement new tools to optimize the sales process.
• Dedication to ongoing improvement and a desire to learn new sales methodologies through rigorous training.
