This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance to customers on possible solutions while fostering strong relationships through exceptional customer service.

• Crafting email sequences and quickly addressing customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Discovering and reaching out to new leads via inbound channels, with follow-ups conducted through email or phone.

• Implementing A/B testing of various strategies to enhance results and boost conversion rates.

• Conducting online demonstrations of our platform to highlight the advantages and features of our products.

• Formulating and negotiating offers to successfully close deals with prospective customers.

• Upselling to current customers by recognizing additional value and advantages.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales position, demonstrating a successful history of meeting and surpassing targets.

• Outstanding English communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to build rapport and gain customers' trust.

• Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify customer pain points and provide effective solutions.

• Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms and tools.

• Effective time management skills: Capability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet targets and deadlines.

• Positive mindset: Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, adapt to changes, and perform well under pressure.

• Enjoyment in delivering online demonstrations.

• Experience working with a variety of companies and industries.
