Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain both qualitative and quantitative pipelines to achieve overall revenue goals.

• Identify and investigate potential enterprise clients within the Oil & Gas and Chemical sectors.

• Execute outbound outreach efforts through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified leads.

• Build and oversee your pipeline in HubSpot while closely collaborating with Account Executives, Marketing, and other teams to transition opportunities.

• Create and enhance market entry strategies.

• Utilize tools such as Sales Navigator, Gong, and Global Data for insights that drive targeted outreach.

• Work with the Revenue Growth team to operate on an international scale.

• Represent Cenosco at global industry events, workshops, and meetups.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the MEA or APAC regions.

• Professional background in driving growth within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Petrochemical industries, particularly with SaaS products.

• Experience navigating mid- to enterprise-level deal landscapes, specifically in the 100k–5M ARR range.

• Proficient in sales CRM, market mapping, and automation tools.

• A proactive, persistent, and positive go-getter mindset.

• An entrepreneurial spirit with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at forming meaningful connections swiftly.

• Eager to travel globally and expand your in-person network.
