This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identify and qualify potential clients, converting them into scheduled meetings for our Account Executive team.
• Conduct cold outreach using various channels, including cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and ongoing cadences in Salesloft.
• Engage in strategic outbound account-based marketing campaigns.
• Utilize intent data sourced from diverse platforms.
• Employ sales technologies such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, RollWorks, and the Qualified chatbot.
• Acquire knowledge of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target demographics.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
• Collaborate effectively with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.
• Innovate and create new selling strategies to disrupt the current market.
• Knowledge and experience in outbound prospecting.
• Ability to handle rejection well and devise creative strategies to overcome challenges and explore new opportunities.
• Familiarity with our technology stack is beneficial but not mandatory; this includes Salesloft, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Qualified chatbot, ZoomInfo, and RollWorks (or other ABM/intent data tools).
• A proactive and motivated individual capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• High energy and a strong work ethic focused on meeting or exceeding individual and team objectives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Experience and knowledge in Account-Based Marketing is a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 1 year of prior business development/sales development experience within a SaaS company.
• Experience in identifying and prospecting professionals in the HR and Ethics & Compliance sectors is an added bonus.
