This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Implement outbound sales and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct research on potential customers and market dynamics.
• Create high-quality leads for Senior Sellers to support a multi-million dollar pipeline.
• Manage and finalize SMB opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate with various teams and senior stakeholders to achieve results.
• Assist in defining processes and policies for the team.
• Travel to global events and conferences, representing the company at booths and promoting face-to-face marketing and sales opportunities.
• Proven success in SDR or outbound sales, with a history of surpassing annual quotas and consistently enhancing qualified pipeline growth.
• Experience in engaging prospective accounts at a senior executive level to uncover new customer opportunities.
• Background in enterprise software or technology sales.
• Outstanding academic performance in both high school and university.
• Strong interest in business and technology.
• Dedication to continuous learning and development—curious, adaptable, and analytical.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and effective cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent presentation capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations.

• Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
