This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee capture management for targeted pursuits: create and own capture strategies, win plans, and execution schedules.
• Lead cross-functional capture teams (sales, proposals, technical, delivery, finance) to develop compliant and competitive proposals.
• Design and implement sales campaigns and outreach efforts that effectively highlight mission value and set Tapestry offerings apart.
• Convert customer requirements and competitive insights into actionable operational and pricing strategies.
• Establish and sustain strategic partnerships/alliances to enhance capabilities and improve proposals.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage the pipeline, opportunity staging, and capture documents; provide accurate forecasts and opportunity health reports.
• Employ advanced Excel for analysis, modeling, and decision support; create win/loss models, ROI analyses, and bid/no-bid evaluations.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for swift research, content creation, and analytics to expedite capture deliverables.
• Draft white papers, capability briefs, and contact plans; organize rehearsal and dry-run capture briefings.
• Effectively communicate with government clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, including General Officers and SES.
• Travel domestically up to approximately 30% to facilitate capture, customer interactions, partner meetings, and demonstrations.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
• Over 5 years of Business Development experience in an industry with a complex proposal process.
• Proven history of contributing to business proposals that achieve or surpass revenue targets.
• Strong analytical abilities; capable of synthesizing data into clear recommendations and driving data-informed capture decisions.
• Proficient in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting purposes.
• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, scenario modeling).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, proposal drafting, or analytics in a sales/capture environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with senior government and industry leaders.
