This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Initiate outbound prospecting activities targeting German-speaking and EMEA enterprise accounts via telephone, email, and social media platforms.
• Conduct research to identify key decision-makers within prospective organizations and customize outreach efforts based on their specific business challenges.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities by effectively communicating the advantages of Bizagi’s AI-driven process automation platform.
• Work in close collaboration with Account Executives to formulate account strategies and transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
• Ensure accurate tracking of activities and pipeline information using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and various CRM systems.
• Represent Bizagi with professionalism in all customer interactions, establishing the company as a reliable partner in digital transformation.
• Proficiency in both German and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
• A keen interest or initial experience in business development, outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with SaaS, software, or technology solutions is highly advantageous.
• A proactive 'hunter' mentality — resilient and driven to transform cold outreach into valuable conversations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple accounts and outreach initiatives simultaneously.
• Open to coaching, inquisitive, and eager to grasp the fundamentals of enterprise SaaS sales.
