This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Generate new discovery calls and create a qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting activities, including account planning and research, messaging, list building, and executing cadences via email, phone calls, and social selling.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and educate the market about Azul.
• Meet and surpass weekly and monthly performance metrics related to opportunity creation and progression.
• Enhance business acumen by researching various companies' operations, leadership structures, pain points, and daily challenges.
• Identify prospect pain points, gather technical requirements, and link business value to customer needs.
• Organize the pipeline and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors to secure qualified meetings.
• This role operates independently and reports to the BDR Director, who emphasizes real-time coaching, weekly one-on-one sessions, and provides the autonomy needed for you to drive your own success.
• Occasional travel may be required within the region.
• A minimum of one year of experience in B2B telephone lead generation.
• Experience in IT or Software Solutions sales is highly desired.
• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Drift (preferred).
• Strong passion for outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
• Capability to engage in discussions at all organizational levels from enterprise to mid-market across various sectors.
• High energy, results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player who can think outside the box.
• Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining accurate call records.
• Proven ability to work independently and maintain a stable work history.
• Quick-thinking in conversations, able to respond to unexpected questions with confidence.
• Resilient in dealing with objections and rejection.
