This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to uncover potential new business opportunities.
• Organize and manage your leads effectively (trust us, Excel and LinkedIn will become your best allies).
• Design and execute sales and business development strategies, processes, structures, and best practices on a global scale.
• Create marketing materials, including pitch decks and client presentations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients.

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Sales.
• Experience in recruitment agencies is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully winning clients, preferably in client-servicing sectors.
• Experience working with clients in consulting, investment banking, private equity, and/or startups is advantageous.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or a related field is required.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage.
