This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of pipeline development within a regional pod alongside a shared BDR and AE target, ensuring that every high-intent lead is promptly addressed, accounts are intelligently multithreaded, and that no coverage gaps hinder the pod's performance.

• Create a systematic outbound strategy from the ground up by researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and crafting outreach that garners responses due to its specificity and relevance, rather than relying on automated sequences.

• Qualify leads meticulously by confirming pain points, needs, timelines, and authority prior to booking, ensuring that every S1 conducted by the pod is valuable.

• Serve as the link between marketing and sales within your pod, maintaining consistency in meetings, follow-ups, and account coverage across inbound, outbound, and event-related activities.

• Develop workflows, agents, or systems that enhance your efficiency and effectiveness over time, rather than merely increasing your activity level.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 2 years of BDR or SDR experience in the SaaS sector, with a proven history of building outbound pipelines rather than just handling incoming inquiries. Your understanding of this distinction is evident in how you discuss your work.

• You qualify leads rigorously, naturally multithread, and regard personalization as essential rather than optional. You conduct thorough research prior to the first contact, not after receiving the first rejection.

• You are proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, or a similar sequencing tool, as well as Sales Navigator. You are eager to explore how Clay and related GTM tools can enhance your workflow.

• AI-native: you inherently utilize AI and have begun to restructure your work processes around it, rather than just leveraging it to expedite email writing. You recognize the distinction between AI assisting your workflow and fundamentally altering it.

• You have a technical background, whether through an engineering or computer science degree, or equivalent practical experience, allowing you to engage effectively in discussions with data engineers, analytics leaders, and technical purchasers.

• You adapt quickly to changing dynamics, embrace feedback gracefully, and maintain a daily performance standard that is self-imposed rather than reliant on external enforcement.
