This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Generate new leads through creative outbound strategies, showcasing innovation in prospecting.
• Identify and create high-quality opportunities by discovering and qualifying outbound leads.
• Clearly convey the Absorb value proposition to potential clients.
• Regularly meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, emails, and prospecting through a proactive outreach strategy.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline objectives, qualifying leads according to the necessary criteria for overall sales success.
• Plan and implement weekly call strategies and quarterly account plans, working with the account team to ensure strategic effectiveness.
• Recognize and engage with sales opportunities, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various industry challenges and the function of a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Keep CRM tools updated with accurate client information and actively participate in team meetings and projects aimed at process improvement and enhancing sales performance.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Must possess a strong team-oriented mindset and be highly self-driven.
• Excellent adaptability to changes and ability to shift priorities effectively.
• Capable of handling and thriving on daily objections and rejections.
• Skilled in conducting detailed data analysis and utilizing metrics to influence business outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Interest in pursuing long-term career opportunities within SaaS sales.
• Proven sales capability with at least 1 year of experience, which can include service industry, field sales, door-to-door, retail, or office environments.
• Familiar with Sales Engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce).
• Knowledgeable about Sales Prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha).
• Understanding of sales processes and qualification methods such as MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN, and Challenger.
