This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Prospect with intention. Identify attorneys in the markets that have the greatest need.
• Initiate and finalize. Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, texts, and emails to present the Docketly opportunity.
• Achieve your targets. Operate within a defined points-based quota where recruited attorneys are evaluated based on the difficulty of their county coverage.
• Onboard your successes. Guide new attorneys through the setup and training process to ensure their initial hearings proceed smoothly.
• Cultivate the relationship. Maintain attorney engagement and activity to encourage ongoing acceptance of hearings.
• Maintain your pipeline. Accurately log activities and outcomes.
• Identify the next opportunity. Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to uncover emerging demands.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound sales, cold-calling, or quota-carrying position. Examples include: inside sales, SDR/BDR, telesales, account management, or collections.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls and able to handle rejection without losing drive.
• Persuasive in verbal and written communication; capable of pitching, addressing objections, and securing commitments.
• Organized and self-motivated. You manage your own pipeline efficiently without oversight.
• Proficient with technology and quick to adapt to new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
