This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Generate leads from high-potential accounts.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies for specific target personas.
• Create and qualify cold outbound leads.
• Contact potential customers through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify customer pain points and comprehend their context.
• Promote collaborative learning within the market.
• Collaborate with coaches as well as marketing and sales teams.
• 9–12+ months of experience achieving targets as a BDR or SDR focused on the enterprise market (5,000–30,000 employees) within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong passion for learning and education.
• Preferred but not essential: experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
