This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Excel at Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach across the APAC region, particularly in Southeast Asia.
• Be the Initial Contact: Reach out to potential customers and foster strong early-stage relationships that pave the way for meetings and pipeline development.
• Deliver Purposeful Pitches: Comprehend customer requirements and effectively communicate how Telnyx addresses real challenges with state-of-the-art technology.
• Collaborate with AEs: Arrange qualified meetings with Account Executives and work together on strategies to expedite the sales process.
• Maintain Organization: Record activities and insights in our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure pipeline transparency and enhance conversion rates.
• Expand Your Expertise: Familiarize yourself with our product offerings and the competitive landscape to engage confidently and authoritatively.
• Influence Our Strategy: Contribute to the enhancement of messaging, outreach techniques, and market positioning as we expand within the APAC region.
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (experience in SaaS or telecom is highly advantageous).
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Confident and engaging on the phone — you are persuasive, inquisitive, and comfortable navigating discussions with individuals at all levels of seniority.
• Startup mentality — you are resourceful, flexible, and thrive in dynamic environments. Self-driven to succeed in a remote setting.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with experience managing a pipeline and utilizing a CRM like Salesforce.
• Technologically adept and eager to learn, particularly regarding APIs, connectivity, and modern communication infrastructure.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages is a significant advantage.
