This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Generation of outbound pipelines.
• Develop and implement targeted outbound campaigns to create qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
• Identify and source Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts across various industries and company segments.
• Conduct research on target companies, their business challenges, growth signals, and strategic opportunities.
• Design personalized outreach strategies utilizing email, LinkedIn, phone, and other engagement channels.
• Define and continuously enhance Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) segmented by industry, company size, revenue potential, technology maturity, growth stage, and alignment with decision-makers.
• Recognize high-intent buying signals, including funding announcements, hiring trends, expansion activities, product launches, and strategic partnerships.
• Create intelligent prospecting workflows using platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM automation tools.
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for Account Executives, emphasizing quality over quantity.
• Maintain precise CRM records, track activities, and report on pipeline status.
• Establish early-stage relationships with decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
• Over 4 years of experience in outbound BDR/SDR or business development positions.
• Demonstrated success in building pipeline through cold prospecting, with no dependence on marketing-generated leads.
• Strong understanding of modern outbound prospecting strategies, ICP development, and account targeting.
• Practical experience with tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Lemlist.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting engaging and personalized outreach.
• A commercial mindset with a distinct focus on pipeline quality and revenue impact.
