This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential clients in both US and international markets through organized outreach efforts.

• Conduct discovery conversations to grasp client needs, hiring obstacles, and business objectives.

• Create customized proposals and positioning that align our services with client goals.

• Oversee client relationships throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

• Map target accounts and devise multi-touch, multi-stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Transform inbound leads and referrals into new client partnerships.

• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to guarantee a seamless client experience.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client insights within target sectors.

• Contribute to service enhancement initiatives based on client feedback and market insights.

• Assist in business development strategy, messaging, and market entry planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in business development or client relationship management, preferably within professional services, recruitment solutions, or a similar B2B service environment.

• Demonstrated success in engaging both US-based and international clients.

• Strong comprehension of client needs and the ability to cultivate trusted, long-term partnerships.

• Capability to conduct structured discovery, accurately qualify opportunities, and create persuasive proposals.

• Confident communicator across email, video, and phone, including interactions with C-level stakeholders.

• Disciplined CRM user with a keen focus on pipeline hygiene and follow-up.

• Self-motivated and effective in a fully remote setting.

• Proficient written English skills to a professional services standard.
