This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Identify and engage potential clients in both US and international markets through organized outreach efforts.
• Conduct discovery discussions to grasp client requirements, hiring obstacles, and business objectives.
• Create customized proposals and positioning that align our services with client goals.
• Manage client relationships throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
• Map target accounts and formulate multi-touch, multi-stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Transform inbound leads and referrals into new client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and client intelligence in targeted sectors.
• Contribute to service enhancement initiatives based on client feedback and market insights.
• Assist in business development strategy, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
• Proven track record in business development or client relationship management, preferably within professional services, recruitment solutions, or a similar B2B services context.
• Demonstrated success in engaging with US-based or international clients.
• Strong comprehension of client needs and the capability to forge trusted, long-term partnerships.
• Ability to conduct structured discovery, accurately qualify opportunities, and create compelling proposals.
• Confident communicator via email, video, and phone, including interactions with C-level stakeholders.
• Disciplined CRM user with a keen attention to pipeline hygiene and follow-up.
• Self-motivated and effective in a fully remote working environment.
• Strong written English skills meeting professional services standards.
