This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Generate and convert leads within key market segments to meet sales objectives.
• Conduct cold outreach to prospects based in the US, initiating outbound discussions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with enterprise, government, and partner accounts.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and negotiation plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage RFPs, RFIs, and tenders while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to broaden market reach.
• Prepare and present precise sales forecasts, plans, and reports.
• Define and convey product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored for various personas.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
• Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards.
• Support demand generation campaigns by producing persona-driven content (blogs, videos, webinars, etc.).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign and sales performance metrics to enhance results.
• Oversee budgets for marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and events.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to boost conversion rates and revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, business development, or product marketing.
• Proven track record in selling and positioning SaaS-based IT solutions/products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and consistently meeting revenue targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools—including the mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to improve efficiency and output.
• Team-oriented individual with experience in cross-functional collaboration and an ownership mentality.
