This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Create and execute strategies to enhance Vistage's visibility in key markets.
• Initiate meaningful discussions and presentations with C-level candidates sourced online to identify their needs.
• Develop and oversee sales pipelines and forecasts to achieve and surpass regional sales targets.
• Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce.com) for managing prospects, the sales funnel, and event reporting.
• Collaborate with newly appointed and recently launched Chairs to formulate group-building strategies and facilitate member onboarding.
• Design and implement event and meeting strategies to deliver high-touch, high-value executive gatherings.
• Work in partnership with various team members and departments to streamline member acquisition initiatives.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in business development or similar roles.
• Demonstrated outside sales experience in a solution-oriented advisory capacity.
• Proven track record in consultative sales and business development, ideally within a professional services context.
• Previous experience in coaching or development is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with the Salesforce CRM platform is essential.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional presentation abilities tailored to a C-level audience.
• A solid work ethic with a history of achieving or surpassing sales or revenue objectives.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities and a quick learning aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills, characterized by high energy and enthusiasm.
