This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the organization's revenue objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, establish partnerships, and discover revenue streams to enhance the company's presence.
• Build and oversee a strong sales pipeline from the initial prospecting phase to closing deals.
• Conduct competitive market analyses and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish quarterly and annual business development goals.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine end-to-end business development workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage CRM systems, ensure pipeline integrity, and produce reports to guarantee data accuracy and visibility.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership along with actionable recommendations.
• Streamline handoff processes between business development, sales, and account management teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
• Identify, assess, and incorporate AI-driven business development tools to enhance prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
• Utilize AI tools for lead generation, automated personalized outreach, sentiment analysis, and predictive forecasting.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in AI and sales technology, proactively recommending tools that enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
• Train and develop team members on AI tools and technology platforms to ensure maximum adoption and return on investment (ROI).
• Integrate AI-driven insights into the decision-making processes throughout the business development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Lead high-value client meetings, discovery calls, and presentations.
• Create tailored value propositions and pitches for targeted verticals and industries.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets within a fast-paced environment.
• Practical experience with AI business development tools such as Outreach, Apollo.io, HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, Copy.ai, ChatGPT for sales workflows, Gong, Lavender, Clay, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in building and scaling business development teams and processes from the ground up.
