This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Ad Operations — Oversee the post-sale implementation of advertising campaigns, which include banner ads, sponsored content (deep dives, newsletters), and social media placements.
• API Operations — Handle post-sale onboarding, coordination, and ongoing assistance for API clients.
• Client Management — Manage client communications through email, Telegram, and various channels; verify specifications, timelines, and deliverables; keep clients updated at every phase.
• Performance Reporting — Create and present campaign performance reports; evaluate results and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Internal Coordination — Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets.
• Crypto-native mindset — Familiarity with crypto terminology, market dynamics, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Ops-first thinking — Background in operations or a related field; exceptionally organized with a focus on systems and follow-through.
• Strong communicator — Clear, professional, and client-focused — you keep stakeholders informed and cultivate trust through reliability.
• Digital ad fluency — Knowledgeable about standard ad formats, performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC), and fundamental campaign reporting.
