This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Achieve the monthly KPIs assigned to the role.
• Ensure that telesales efforts are focused on meeting sales objectives.
• Maintain service standards while monitoring, evaluating, and measuring performance to attain optimal productivity and efficiency from both systems and product campaigns.
• Manage relationships within the assigned portfolio through outbound channels, including Personal Loan Sales and Fulfillment.
• Generate revenue through Personal Banking Personal Loan Sales.
• Meet the KPI targets established in terms of revenue from Personal Loan Sales and Fulfillment.
• Acquire new business through cross-selling to enhance market penetration.
• Manage assigned leads via CRM within the agreed turnaround time (Drop Offs).
• Ensure compliance with business control requirements in accordance with bank policies to foster quality business growth.
• Analyze leads that are received.
• Convert leads into sales.
• Update all systems based on customer interactions.
• Process requests or offers made to customers.
• Follow up consistently with the relevant department if processes are delayed or not fulfilled as per customer requests.
• Address all customer issues promptly and escalate them to the Team Leader when necessary.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
