Business Development Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create and implement business development strategies to fulfill the organization's goals and objectives.

• Discover new market opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with Sales Operations to design and execute plans aimed at business expansion and revenue enhancement.

• Sales Leadership will establish annual production targets at the beginning of each year, which must be consistently achieved.

• Actively seek and identify new business prospects by utilizing industry insights, market research, and networking.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.

• Develop, present, and negotiate persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.

• Represent Dynasty in the local area by participating in conferences, networking groups, industry events, and engaging actively on social media platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a similar field, with a proven history of driving revenue and achieving business objectives.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a capacity to identify and assess new business opportunities.

• Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport, influence decision-makers, and finalize deals.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for maintaining a healthy pipeline, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and meeting deadlines.

• Detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and effective at completing projects/tasks punctually and within budget.
