• Formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies to meet company goals.
• Drive initiatives to secure new clients.

• Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Perform market research and analysis to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in business development within the fintech sector is essential.
• Strong comprehension of lending, financial markets & products, and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with the Italian, French, Spanish, or DACH markets is a significant advantage.
• Capability to work independently and maintain high productivity in an international environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and leverage business opportunities.
• Proficiency in English communication is required.
