This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Accountable for the strategic and commercial advancement of single-use Negative Pressure Wound Therapy solutions for both closed surgical incisions and open wounds.
• Discover new market possibilities while establishing integrated care pathways in collaboration with healthcare stakeholders.
• Propel the adoption of disposable NPWT solutions in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Formulate and execute business strategies aimed at enhancing the uptake of NPWT solutions.
• Identify fresh business prospects within public and private hospitals, clinics, and specialized healthcare facilities.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with surgeons and wound care experts.
• Assist in the introduction of products and their clinical acceptance through training sessions and field demonstrations.
• Work alongside Sales and Marketing teams to create growth plans for the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in scientific, biomedical, healthcare, or business-related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in the medical device sector, wound care, surgery, or negative pressure wound therapy.
• Comprehensive understanding of the hospital market and healthcare procurement processes.
• Experience in managing clinical and decision-making stakeholders.
• Strong business development and negotiation capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business within the designated territory.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
